How to File a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information:
1️⃣ Your physical or electronic signature.
2️⃣ A description of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled (please provide specific URL(s)).
3️⃣ A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4️⃣ Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, MusicVibz.top has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit or terminate access to the website of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
